MRV is a compulsory monitoring, reporting and verification system designed by the European Commission for ships
greater than 5,000 GT undertaking one or more commercial voyages (cargo or passengers) into, out of or between EU
ports, regardless of their flag. Partecipants obtain a solid background of the EU MRV requirements.
The knowledge gained will enable them to implement corresponding measures, within the framework of European
Requirements and facilitate the dialogue with specialist.
