Cadet Training Program
Andriaki Shipping Co. Ltd. hires cadets every year in both deck & engine departments. Cadets going through the Andriaki Training Program become ready to assume responsibilities on obtaining their Second Officer / Third Engineer licenses. Taking into account that most senior officers have been with Andriaki since they were cadets, career prospects with Andriaki are excellent. Andriaki Shipping Co. Ltd. also offers a modern training room for all personnel, complete with Computers, Internet Access and a projection screen. On certain vessels there is also provided onboard English Training which is available to anyone that requires.
Onboard Living
Andriaki Shipping Co. Ltd. takes pride in having a very high standard of living accommodation on board. All personnel onboard are issued with safety shoes, boiler suits and all other safety protective gear. All vessels are provided with satellite telephones for crew use. Certain vessels are also provided with an extensive DVD movie library.
