A practical approach to time and voyage charter clauses pertaining to risk and liability from a commercial point of view.

- Vessel description: Understand the differences when giving, even as indicative, speed and consumption on a voyage charter and when not
- Port Charter/Berth Charter: Tendering NOR, when, how, potential risks by tendering NOR the wrong way. Does NOR need to be tendered again after holds fail?
- Distribution of Risks: Owner/Charterer position on a voyage CP. Understand the different risks involved and how one can safeguard his interests
