ABOUT THE SEMINAR
A seminar designed to provide professionals in shipping with an understanding of the requirements of the EU Legislation General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and meet today’s challenges regarding the handling of personal data. GDPR has set a new global standard on data privacy and it has prompted other authorities around the world to strengthen their own data laws.  During the seminar, we will examine how companies can avoid significant non-compliance fines, can process personal data securely using appropriate technical and organizational measures.
