The Seminar unravels the complexities of the Port Agency sector, giving participants a window into this important shipping division. With lessons on operations, working documentation and handling accounts, the Port Agency seminar explains the fundamentals of the agency sector in relation to ports and terminals.

ONLINE LEARNING
The seminar will be delivered exclusively online by fully tutored live learning sessions. Once your registration is completed, you will receive an email with all the information and the link for the webinars. For your participation no special equipment is needed except a camera and a microphone.
The seminar is delivered in English.

Elina Kassotaki, FICS, Business Development Manager, Holland Hellenic Shipping Agencies Ltd
Elina is in shipping since 2007 with Holland Hellenic Shipping Agencies (HHSA), a leading shipping agency in Piraeus, where she is business development manager and chartering broker. Before entering shipping, she was in the corporate tourism sector for about ten years. She is a member of the ICS since 2014, a Fellow since 2019 and a member of the Training and Education Committee. She teaches Port Agency at the ICS Greek branch since 2019. Elina is Vice – President at WISTA Hellas and a substitute member of the BoD at the International Maritime Union Greece. She holds a BA in International & European studies, a bachelor’s in business administration and hospitality management, an MA in international law & diplomatic studies and the ICS professional qualification.
