About the Seminar

The Shipping Law Course aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the international maritime law. It covers the legal aspects of Charter Parties, Admiralty Jurisdiction, Environment and Pollution, Collision and Disputes resolution legal framework, the international Conventions and English with reference to leading common law cases. Taught by International maritime law experts.
