- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Bank account opening procedures
- Maintaining corporate records
- Advice on commercial and corporate matters
- Support in legal processes and compliance
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial (including Greek real estate law)
- and corporate law
- Previous exposure to shipping is preferred
- Fluency in English
