Events
Isalos.net organises a variety of events on a monthly basis
The “Go Maritime” career and roadshow events in Τhessaloniki, Chania,
Athens, Aspropyrgos & Chios. During these events, executives from shipping
companies come in contact and converse with 1st year students enrolled in
Merchant Marine Academies.
Educational Seminars & Specialised topics that include a wide variety of
subjects such as: Main types of commodities, Safety Onboard, Protection of
Marine Environment, New trends in Marine Technology, etc. The specialised
lectures were organised physically, filmed and then hosted on the Isalos.net
YouTube channel, attracting a total of 452,000 views.
Career Days informing high school students about the prospects of a career at
sea. These events are organised throughout Greece and mainly in regions with
a high unemployment rate.
Educational visits such as the one at the Union of Greek Shipowners.
Summer Camps, Exhibitions, Full Day events and more.
